Alton Brown has a blog.

I've enjoyed his Good Eats program for a while now, but now that I have read this, I feel that he and I are soul mates, and should regularly get together to cook, and discuss food science, and complain about the state of our culture.

My friend Dan and I were discussing at lunch that Joe Q needed to make a "The Marvel Universe Quits Smoking" one-shot when he made the rule that no Marvel hero can smoke. (It's okay if say, Wolverine pushes Cyclops into a pit and leaves him to die, so he can get with Jean, but smoking makes him a bad role model) M.O.D.O.S was mentioned. I'll leave it as an exercise for the reader to figure out what the "S" stands for.



M.O.D.O.S. looks kind of like one of the guys from Oasis.
